spare no effort還是efforts

spare no effort 和 spare no efforts都是“不遺餘力”的意思，但是根據前面的主語的單複數來決定後面的“effort”的單複數。

例如：

We should spare no efforts to further your interests。

我們應該不遺餘力的爭取你的利益。

I shall spare no effort to restore world trade by international economic readjustment, but the emergency at home cannot wait on that accomplishment。

雖然我將不遺餘力通過國際經濟重新協調所來恢復國際貿易，但我認為國內的緊急情況無法等待這重新協調的完成。
